Bookings aren't appearing in my Google Calendar

1. Is the integration still connected?

Go to Settings → Integrations → Google Calendar. It should show your calendar name and a Connected badge. Click Verify connection to re-check it.

If it shows as disconnected, reconnect it. Google access can lapse if the password on the Google account changed or access was revoked from the Google side.

2. Did your plan change?

Third-party integrations require the Rev plan or higher — or Professional on the Professional pricing. Downgrading from Professional to Personal disconnects Google Calendar automatically. If you recently changed plan, this is the most likely cause.

3. Which calendar are you looking at?

Events are written to the calendar chosen when you connected. If you have several calendars on the same Google account, make sure the one you're checking is the one that is connected — and that it isn't hidden in the Google Calendar sidebar.

4. Is the booking actually confirmed?

Open the booking in Bookings. A booking sitting at Pending is waiting on payment. Check whether payment completed — see Bookings: how they're created, confirmed and paid.

5. Is the time what you expected?

If the event exists but at the wrong hour, check the timezone on your organization in Settings → Business and the default timezone on the integration page. A mismatch between those two shows up exactly like this.

If the booking exists in TalkRev but never in Google

Contact TalkRev support with the booking reference and the time it was created. We can see whether the calendar write was attempted and what Google replied.
