Your sidebar is not the same as everyone else's. TalkRev hides anything that would not work for your account, for one of three reasons.
1. Your plan doesn't include it
Some features need a higher plan. AI Voice requires Engage or higher; third-party integrations such as Google Calendar require Rev or higher. When this is the reason you usually see an upgrade prompt rather than nothing at all.
2. It doesn't apply to your type of business
Many sections are specific to an industry and hidden for everyone else:
- Tickets — technology companies.
- Intake and Matters — legal firms.
- Prayer requests, Events, Volunteers, Donations — churches.
- Memberships and Class sessions — wellness and fitness.
- Proposals — professional services.
- Tables, Reservations and To-go orders — restaurants.
This is not something you can switch on. It reflects the business type set on your organization. If your industry is set wrongly, contact TalkRev support — it is a quick change on our side.
3. Something isn't connected yet
A few sections only appear once the matching integration is connected. Orders and Products, for example, appear when Shopify is connected.
Also note that if you use an external booking system, TalkRev's own Bookings section is replaced by that system's screens rather than shown alongside them.
